FINDING: EXPLORING INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY: |
| |
 |
| |
| This
2-day workshop brings into focus the full range
of thinking skills you possess to identify
preferred solutions and to seek ways of reaching
them. We find ourselves in perplexing situations
and struggle to arrive at a workable solution,
but our usual methods leave us struggling for an
understanding of the exact nature of the
problem, or send us off on tangents that get us
away from the central issue. Finding solutions
is a step beyond traditional problem solving.
You will identify solutions to your real-life
problems and learn how to develop a strategy to
implement them. Decision making is an integral
part solution finding since implementing
solutions requires a number of decision points.
You will learn several structured approaches to
clarifying decision requirements and evaluating
options. These strategies will make you a better
employee, more capable of solving your own
work-place problems, as well as a more well
rounded decision-maker in all aspects of your
life. |
